Join the Northern Canada Collective Society of Writers for the launch of its 29th issue of NorthWord Magazine from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on April 20 in the Observation Area (Level 3) at the Fort McMurray International Airport.

We are excited to launch NorthWord's Resilience edition guest edited by local poet and dance instructor Tineesha McKay.

The event coincides with the celebration of National Poetry Month. We welcome the public to engage in poetry-writing activities and invite them to bring their works to share during our open mic.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided, and free parking is available.
